Owners share a gate and a clubhouse. The person next door is there for a car, a boat, or a toy, which is a different neighborhood than a rental storage aisle.
Finished on your terms
The shell is a 30′ × 50′ room — 1,500 sq ft — with 20′ clear height, an 18′ × 14′ electric roll-up, power, plumbing for one bathroom, and Wi‑Fi service available. From there we can add a mezzanine, automobile lifts to stack cars one above another, special cabinetry, and upgraded flooring. The room should look like your collection, not like a standard stall.

The suite
Built for what you actually drive.
The featured suite is 30′ × 50′ — 1,500 sq ft — with 20′ clear interior height and an 18′ × 14′ electric roll-up. A pedestrian door sits beside the roll-up. If a phase offers another layout, it is quoted on the tour. 30′ × 50′ is the plan we feature.

1,500 sq ft on the featured plan. That is the standard suite. Any other layout in a phase is secondary, and we name it before you decide.

20′ clear ceiling
Twenty feet of clear interior height. Volume for a mezzanine, stacking automobile lifts, and vehicles that were never meant for an eight-foot house garage.

An electric roll-up, 18 feet wide by 14 feet high. Clearance for exotics, lifted trucks, trailers, and boats still on the hitch.

Questions worth asking before you tour.
What does pre-sale mean here?
Pre-sale means you can reserve interest in a deeded garage suite before that building delivers. Luxurybilt only pre-sells property we already own free and clear, or property we already have in escrow. You will be told which of those two applies to the suite in front of you. A reservation is a request to hold your interest in a phase. Title transfers when you sign and close.
When do you break ground?
Groundbreaking for this pipeline starts in the first quarter of 2027 and construction runs through the fourth quarter of 2029 (Q1 2027 – Q4 2029). Suites are phased inside that window. We will tell you which phase applies before you decide. The start of the window is not a move-in date for every suite.
Is the land actually secured?
Yes. Every property in pre-sale is owned by Luxurybilt free and clear, or it is under escrow. If a site is neither, it is not on offer. Ask on the tour and we will say which position the parcel is in.
Is this a storage unit I rent?
No. A Luxurybilt suite is deeded real estate in your name, inside a gated community with a clubhouse. A rental stall is a month of someone else’s building. This is a title.
What size is a suite?
The featured plan is 30′ × 50′, 1,500 sq ft, with 20′ clear interior height and an 18′ × 14′ electric roll-up, plus a pedestrian door. That is the standard suite. If a phase has another layout, we name it on the tour. We do not treat a smaller plan as the one we feature.
What can I keep in a suite?
Collector and exotic cars, RVs and motorhomes, boats and other watercraft, motorcycles, powersports, and the gear that goes with them. Clearance is the 18′ × 14′ roll-up and the 20′ clear ceiling, and we confirm the specific suite on a tour. Suites are not homes. You do not live in them.
Can I customize the suite?
Yes. Suites come plumbed for one bathroom, and Wi‑Fi service is available. We can add a mezzanine, automobile lifts so you can store cars on top of one another, special cabinetry, and specialty flooring. Lighting and a lounge are yours to compose. How do access and security work?
Gated entry, 24 hours a day, for owners. Cameras cover the community. Your suite is a private room inside that perimeter.
Will the suite be air-conditioned?
Suites are climate-ready, prepared for HVAC so a Phoenix summer is not sitting on paint and leather. Whether cooling is included in your phase or added by the owner is quoted with the suite. Ask when you tour.
Where in the Valley are the sites?
The Phoenix Metro, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the surrounding Valley. We do not publish a street address on this site yet. When you schedule a tour we name the secured site and give you the address directly. The business contact line is Phoenix, Arizona.
How do I get availability and pricing?

Does a tour request lock me into buying?
No. Asking for a tour, availability, pricing, or to reserve interest does not obligate you to buy and does not obligate Luxurybilt to sell. A purchase happens only when both sides sign.
